Our main goal for Yelp was to develop marketing strategies designed to sell their Waitlist product to restaurant owners that needed to manage their waitlists and floors simultaneously.
Utilizing testimonials from restaurant owners, highlighting various metrics of satisfied customers, and implementing GIFs demoing the software were the biggest needle movers from a conversion rate optimization standpoint.
Using a mockup of the product in the hero lifted the conversion rate from 6% to 10% at 100% confidence after two weeks as calculated in Unbounce.
