This is our variant, where we tested moving the form higher. This resulted in a 103% lift at 96% confidence. (0.47% to 0.96%) as calculated in Unbounce.
AskNicely is a customer-satisfaction survey platform. With a product that is so customer-centric, we worked on implementing strategies that would help them reach and engage with their target audience effectively and ultimately drive revenue. The strategies were heavily based around landing pages designed for gated content, promotions, demos, and G2 Crowd recognition. Our biggest optimization wins were changes to the mobile UI/UX that allowed the hero text and form to be more prominent. Since the client had an external sign-up flow, we tested adding a qualifying question to recreate our multistep form approach. Filling out the qualifying question resulted in a macro conversion.
Implementing a multistep form increased our conversion rate from 1.19% to 5.57% after two weeks as calculated in Unbounce.
